Bayou On Ramps

The crown jewels of the Houston Bike Network are our beloved bayou trails.

Developed by the Houston Parks Board, these trails are beautiful, cooled by the effects of the water and plenty of shade, but they also cut through the street grid in a way that allows riders to cross the city without interacting with car traffic at all.
